Indian National Congress : A plateform to inhance your knowledge

Its time come to recall the history of Indian National Congress, when people believe to join the congress for their knowledge and Intellectual improvement. After independence party is facing a decline in the highly literate personalities who have mass appeal and have potential to guide the youth of india. Unfortunately present day politics does not support such persons, it support the opposite characteristics.
But due to the injection of Internet in indian society it will be possible now to get together for a mass revolution toward knowledge improvement in Indian Society.

Indian National Congress can plat a major role to this revolution and we have to. The reason that only a highly educated person can understand the principles and policies of Congress forced us for such efforts.

I proposed below knowledge which could be spread by the Indian National Congress through their organizational setup. the information are highly useful and essential for youth in present day world.

1. English : Speaking, writing, thinking
2. Leadership Skills
3. Etiquettes and survival manners
4. Scientific Knowledge
5. Interview, CV and resumes.
6. Sports Literacy
6. Fitness and Exercises
7. Health and Nutrition
8. Social and Human rights
9. Mathematics
10. All Engineering Disciplines
11. Career guidance and counseling
12. Arts and Humanities
13. Foreign Languages
14. Computer and Internet Literacy
15. Business, Finance and Banking
16. Competition exam preparation : CSIR, UGC, IAS, CAT, GRE, IIT
17. Essential Technical Skills

We can organize workshops on these topics at DCC or PCC head quarters so people can come and understand what it the mandate of Indian National Congress.
I bet, this organizing the workshops is not impossible, we only need youth who can give the lectures in front of 200 people.

Indian National Congress and Higher Education

Higher education is the door to progress in all areas. Indian National Congress has promise to provide higher education to all the young talented students of india. For a developed country we need to educate our each young mind.
Dr. Manmohan Singh Recently said that"The present world in changing fast, it is the world of knowledge, the role of knowledge in the change and development is very important and so we have to empower our youth with knowledge,". Its only Indian National Congress party who can understand the importance of higher education and literacy.
Remarkable efforts have been done by INC governments in Last many years.

But if we look at the level of education in the party organization, our many leaders are not well educated, specially the Local leaders. This is affecting the party ideology, Only a educated person can understand the congress ideology and only he can work for congress principles. It is really unfortunate and we need to work hard at this condition to increase the level of knowledge and education in our party.

Therefore I am proposing here a plan to raise the knowledge of our party worker (current and future).

Every congress leader should be a student career counselor.

Since we are fascinated to attract youth in our party we must have career counselor in our party organization at every level. Young people and student are most worried about their career and jobs. We should satisfy and provide guidance to them. Burst in opprtunities always cause confusion and students are not able to judge which area is good or bad for there career. We can play a major role here by proving them all kind of information about the higher education, jobs, coursework, advanced courses etc. These things are really attracting to young people.
We must frame a student guideline and spread with every visit of Mr. Rahul Gandhi.
To train the congress leaders as student counselor we must do following things.

  • Every month a meeting where we provide printed guideline for each area of study. We will discuss with our local leasers how to approach the young and talented sprouts.
  • Our all guideline will be available from the blog sites of each DCC and PCC units.
  • Every local leader will be train to be fluent on english and internet.
  • They must have excellent speed on english typing.
  • The list of subject which we will covers are from MIT
  • For each subject we will prepare the specialist and an army of young students and people.
  • Science, Business, Law, Economics, Journalism will be the major targeted subjects.
  • Every leaders must be expert to address the mass on any condition.
We will collect the desire information from internet. And only from the websites of top universities. This will give us only highly reliable information.

The selection of student will be based on following criteria and we will provide all kind of guidance for their career and if needed we can also support financially to the talented students.

  • SC/ST
  • Weak Economical Background
  • From Farmer Family
  • From Rural area
  • High marks in 10th and 12th standard
  • Students with good sports backgrounds
  • Students with good height and body physique
  • Students from Government Schools.
  • Students from the less educated ares like western rajasthan
We need to target every student and nurture them with the wealth of knowledge. Then they will understand the values of congress principles and ideology.

Thanks for Mr Arjun Singh and Mr. Manmohan Singh for establishing new IIT, IIM and Central Universities. This is really a great boost up for higher education.
